Terms and Conditions

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Ai Consulting ("we", "us", "our"), the operating entity of the Karrify platform at cvmatch.norabot.ai.

By creating an account, clicking "I agree", or continuing to use the platform, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, you must not use the platform.

If you use Karrify on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Karrify provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform offering:

• •AI-assisted CV creation and optimization tools
• •Job matching and job search functionality
• •Career profile management
• •AI-generated content suggestions and analysis
• •Employer recruitment tools and candidate search
• •Application management and tracking

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We continually develop the platform and may add, modify or remove features with reasonable notice where possible.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Free tier limitations apply as described at cvmatch.norabot.ai/pricing.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining accurate information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@cvmatch.norabot.ai of any unauthorized account access.

One account per natural person. Corporate employer accounts are separate.

We may verify identity or account information where required for security or legal compliance.

You agree to use Karrify lawfully and in good faith. You must NOT:

• •Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information in your CV, profile or job applications
• •Impersonate any person or entity
• •Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties
• •Upload malware, harmful code or scripts
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• •Scrape, copy or redistribute platform content without permission
• •Use the platform to harass, harm or discriminate against others
• •Circumvent subscription limits or access controls
• •Use automated tools to interact with the platform without our written permission

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness and legality of your CV and profile content, all job applications you submit, and any consequences arising from inaccurate information in your profile.

Karrify uses artificial intelligence to generate CV suggestions, improve content, calculate job match scores and provide career insights.

EU AI Act Compliance: Karrify's AI job matching features may be subject to the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation EU 2024/1689) and Danish implementing law (Law 467/2025). We are committed to compliance with applicable AI regulation and will update our practices as obligations phase in through 2026.

You have the right to request human review of any AI-generated output that significantly affects you. Contact: support@cvmatch.norabot.ai

Employers accessing candidate profiles or posting jobs agree to these additional terms. Employers must:

• •Post only genuine, currently available positions
• •Comply with Danish and applicable employment law including non-discrimination requirements (Ligebehandlingsloven, Forskelsbehandlingsloven)
• •Process candidate personal data in compliance with GDPR as an independent data controller
• •Not contact candidates outside the platform without their explicit consent
• •Not use candidate data for purposes other than evaluating the specific application
• •Delete candidate data when no longer needed for recruitment purposes

Karrify is not the employer and is not party to any employment contract. Karrify does not verify all employer identities or the accuracy of job listings and does not guarantee candidate suitability.

Employers who are data controllers processing candidate personal data must ensure a lawful basis for such processing under GDPR Art. 6.

The Karrify platform, software, design, trademarks and proprietary content belong to Ai Consulting. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the platform.

Your Content: Your CV, profile data and uploaded materials remain your property. By submitting content to Karrify you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store and display your content solely to provide the services you have requested. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Profile Photo Rights: Under Danish law (2025), you have the right to demand removal of any AI-generated or altered versions of your profile photo. Karrify does not alter uploaded photos without your explicit consent.

Paid features require a valid subscription. Pricing is listed at cvmatch.norabot.ai/pricing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We will provide reasonable notice of price changes. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for technical failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law and mandatory EU consumer protection provisions, Ai Consulting's total aggregate liability to you (in connection with the Karrify platform) is limited to the greater of: fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim, or EUR 100.

Ai Consulting is not liable for: indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages; loss of income, revenue or employment opportunity; decisions made by you or employers based on platform content or AI outputs; third-party actions including employer conduct; platform unavailability due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy in accordance with GDPR and the Danish Data Protection Act (Databeskyttelsesloven, Act No. 289 of 8 March 2024).

You have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Exercise rights via Settings or privacy@cvmatch.norabot.ai.

Data breach: We will notify Datatilsynet within 72 hours of becoming aware of a personal data breach that presents risk to user rights, and notify affected users without undue delay where required.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for: material breach of these Terms; fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity; non-payment of subscription fees; legal requirements or court orders.

On termination, your right to use the platform ends. We will process data deletion per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice by email or prominent platform notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may delete your account before they take effect.

Contact us first: support@cvmatch.norabot.ai. We aim to resolve disputes within 30 days.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark. Jurisdiction: Copenhagen, Denmark, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may provide for jurisdiction in your country of residence.
